We named our company, Sign Distinction because it was our goal from the beginning to distinguish ourselves from other sign companies.

You might be thinking, “yeah that is just a sales pitch”; but for us, it is more than that. . .

I have always enjoyed working with people. In fact, it is both a weakness and a strength, because I care so much about your satisfaction. This motivates us to produce great work, and if I think we didn’t deliver an A product with A service, I will be awake at 3: am wondering how we can remedy it–and–we will.

For example, we had client with a bank owned property that needed to be cleaned up for re-sale. We could have pushed for some high end channel letters; however we first discussed with them how long they needed the sign to last and their budget. We learned that the building was likely to be re-named after purchase. We suggested a painted wood product that looked great at fraction of the cost of other options and would last a good 8 years. What was not known at the time, is how stained the stucco was under the old sign. Due to the height and location of the sign, it was cost prohibitive to get close to the sign prior to installation. While the new sign looked great after installation, the wall behind it kept it from looking anything less than stellar with the stain remaining from the original sign. Although it was not asked of us, we went back on our own time and scrubbed it clean- not easy since it was 30 feet up and 40 feet away from any clear access. We take pride in seeing a great clean finished product.
