What is a Banner?

A banner is a large piece of fabric or vinyl with text and images. Banners are designed to hang from structures and displayed on walls. Types of Banners

Banner Finishes and Display Options

Grommets: Small metal rings are sewn into the fabric of the banner, typically in the corners. These allow easy hanging with rope, zip ties, and nails. Larger banners have more grommets along the edges to ensure the banner will not droop when hung.

Flush Cut: The edges are finished with a clean cut. These are perfect for indoor uses and provide a professional look to the banner.

Welded Hem: The ends of the banner are fused with a heat press. This makes the banner extremely durable and less likely to fray. This is a common finish used in conjunction with grommets for added strength.

Pole Pockets: Pockets are sewn into the banner on any of the four sides. These allow for a pole to slide easily into the banner. These are commonly seen in places such as parades and at sporting events.
