Hey everybody. We’re here at Baltimore Signs and Graphics. And we’re going to check out the crew working on a custom Monument sign for a condominium in Severn Maryland

Midway condominiums. We’ve got Jason Zerr working on the Rollover Flexi LIMG_4077aminator here. As he’s laminating the print for the Monument sign. While he is laminating the HP 365 Latex Printer is actually printing out one of the signs as we speak. After printing is complete it will be placed on the Rollover Flexi for lamination all in one quick step. So production room is busy. Installation for Midway Condominiums will take place tomorrow. There are three condominiums with two monument signs at each entrance. One showing the logo and addresses while the other provides all of the regulatory information. Baltimore Signs and Graphics has the latest State of the art equipment with the HP latex 365 printer and the roller flexi laminator. As well as the Graphtec Plotter and many production tables

Let’s go back into the warehouse to check out the production room. You can see the e panels for the monument signs are right here staged and ready to go. Staging area takes place right here our huge climate controlled warehouse. E panel is an aluminum composite material that will last for years and years outside and you can see the right side of the monument signs with all the details about the private property and the trespassing in the towing information is located right there. And these will be installed tomorrow within two brick columns with heavy duty brackets and galvanized reinforced steel u-channels on the back of the signs. That will make for a permanent long term structure for the monument sign. Custom made per our customer specifications.
