Recently, we were contacted by the manager of this commercial Plaza complex. It’s located in the Penn Forrest Shopping Center in Forrestville, MD, and as you can see, features a whole assortment of businesses, from a laundromat, to a hair salon, to a restaurant. This complex has been here for a long time, and over the years the signs above the stores began to deteriorate. So we were called in to renovate all of the exterior building channel letter signs for each store.

As we were installing the signs, the process was to remove the old sign, and install the new custom channel letters in place. These signs are LED lighted custom channel letters, mounted onto the surface of the building. Illuminated signs are much easier to notice at night and during dusk and dawn, and help to grab someone’s attention more easily. Being able to see a store’s sign from far away can greatly increase foot traffic to that store.

For this project, we installed the same channel letters above every store, for a very uniform look. However we can also install individual custom signs for each store if applicable to your building.
