Katy, TX – Next Home Place Receives Dimensional Changeover for New Franchise Owner

Recently, our team was approached by Robyn Jones, a real estate agent. She had purchased the Next Home Place franchise, and wanted to convert her existing space into the new branding. Her current location was within a grocery store, and had very specific guidelines that needed to be followed. As a company dedicated to the complete solution of our client’s sign goals, we were thrilled for the chance to get started on this project!

This project was an anticipated challenge with specific logos, colors, placement, and dimensions that needed to be adhered to. This is a busy time for her business, and with continued diligence on both sides, we were able to get a final package that met all standards needed. Technical Specifications

The acrylic lettering were 3/8^” with elements ranging from 7”-26” high. Custom paint was used, and the installation was done with a half inch standoff for a dimensional effect that has high impact with an affordable substrate.
