Common Computer Repair Questions | How much does your service cost?

We have worked on thousands of computers over the years and have a combined 30+ years professional experience [not including “hobby” experience such as taking apart our Texas Instruments computer :-)].

Over the years we have learned that our customers want clear, easy-to-understand, pricing.  Our customers appreciate our simple tiered structure for In-Shop service labor rates:

  • We offer free installation of RAM (random access memory) and power supplies when the part is purchased from us.
  • We charge $85 labor for our Break/Fix & Tune Up service. This service covers many computer problems including part replacment and most software issues.
  • We charge $145 for the tougher computer problems, typically virus and spyware removal, and we remove the virus, trojans, or spyware while keeping you programs, icons, file structure and data intact.
  • We also offer On-Site service for $100 per hour, with only a 1 hour minimum.
  • And, we provide remote computer service for $80 per your with a $25 minimum.

The majority of services we do fall into the price categories listed above.  Please call us for pricing for special services including, but not limited to:

  • Laptop-specific repairs (power jack repairs, iBook repairs, LCD repair or replacement, etc.),
  • Data recovery,
  • Custom built computers and servers,
  • Windows operating system reinstallation,
  • Electronic waste recycling (computer equipment only),
  • Network configuration, and
  • Computer deployment
