Do you have a laptop that is not working?
Recently, we received a call from a laptop owner in Alamo, California named John H. John brought his laptop to us to figure out why it was not working. The laptop would not power up at all, and when we plugged in his power adapter the light next to the laptop power jack would only blink on and off. Normally, the light would be solid.
Having computer problems can be frustrating, but sometimes it’s not necessarily as bad as it seems. Sometimes computers crash and breakdown for unknown reasons, and other times it has nothing to do with the computer at all. Before you run out and buy a new laptop, you might want to take advantage of our $99 computer diagnostic service. In this case, it saved John a whole bunch of money.
After John dropped off his laptop, our technician started running some basic tests on it. One of the first things he did was plug in a known good power adapter that he had available. As soon as he plugged in the good power adapter, the light was solid and the laptop began successfully charging up. As soon as the minimum amount of power had been stored in the laptop’s battery, it fired up with no problems at all.
After getting the laptop to fire up, our technician ran our diagnostics and tune-up service. So as it turned out, the power adapter had gone out, and the computer was fine. And, now his laptop is running better than it has quite some time.
Before running out and buying a new laptop, give us a call. We might be able to help you uncover a very small problem and save you a lot of money.
