Glendale, AZ – How COVID Impacted Businesses | Business Coach Growth Plan

INTRO:

Hi, my name is Danny Creed, and I’m an internationally renowned Master business coach. I’ve helped start and grow many companies in many industry sectors throughout my career, and I can also help your business or corporation. I work with business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives to grow and prosper in any economy. Below is a quick story about a client I helped and what measurables we achieved in a short timeframe.

THE ISSUE:

The Covid-19 pandemic has been a tough time for businesses. Many have had to close their doors temporarily or even permanently. Others have struggled to keep their head above water, barely scraping by. But some have managed to not only survive but thrive during these times. They’ve adapted their business model, found new ways to reach and serve their customers, and made other changes to allow them to continue to prosper.

It’s no secret Covid has had a devastating effect on businesses around the world. With shops and restaurants forced to close, and people working from home, many companies have struggled to stay afloat. And yet, despite the clear and present danger, it seems few businesses were prepared for the effects of Covid. Even fewer had a Plan B. This lack of preparedness has been costly, with many companies forced to shut their doors for good. As we move into a post-pandemic world, businesses must take steps to ensure they are better prepared for any future disruptions.

THE SOLUTION:

Every client I work with for business coaching is always asked to develop a new mindset. Especially now, with all the negative news, everyone fears the unknown. However, at every point in time of extreme uncertainty, like with Covid, there are those who thrived. More millionaires were made in financial crises than at any other time in history. While most of the world was scrambling to figure out what was next in shaky times, I pushed my clients to develop and maintain a Possibility mindset. This approach includes solving problems, developing leadership skills, and planning with possibilities instead of limitations.

As a result of our work together, my clients understood something most people don’t: there is always opportunity in times of uncertainty and upheaval. The key is to stay focused on what’s possible rather than get bogged down in all the negativity. When you have a Possibility mindset, you see obstacles as challenges to be overcome rather than roadblocks. You believe anything is possible if you’re willing to work hard enough and get creative. This allows you to take advantage of opportunities others miss because they’re too busy wallowing in self-pity or feeling sorry for themselves. If you want to thrive during times of uncertainty, focus on Possibility rather than Survival.

I acknowledged to my clients the challenging times we were experiencing, but staying positive and hopeful was essential. We worked together to develop strategies for keeping a positive outlook to pave the way to successful outcomes.

THE RESULT:

As a business coach, I work with my clients to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. When the pandemic hit, I knew my clients would need my help more than ever. So I shifted my focus to helping them navigate these uncharted waters.

I’m happy to report my clients have flourished despite our challenges this year. In fact, 80% of them had record years, with some seeing double- and triple-digit growth. We learned how to continue to conduct business in the face of uncertainty and came out stronger for it. I’m proud of my clients and everything they’ve accomplished this year.
