Exterior Signage for Homestead Financial Mortgage

This month, we were excited to put the final touches on the new signage for Homestead Financial Mortgage.  At Forerunner Signs and Graphics, our expert team LOVES to help businesses GROW! We do this by creating and installing designs that stand out among the competition and other businesses in the area.

When Homestead contacted us, they knew they needed signage for their expansion.  We were honored to help them choose the right type of signage that fit their needs and budget.  Together, we determined that they could benefit from new Exterior Signage – new Monument Sign Graphics and new Storefront Door Graphics.

At Forerunner, we start all of our projects by designing a proposed rendering for our partner’s approval. This allows the client to envision what the project will look like when it is complete.

For the Door Graphics we used our HP Latex 360.  Printing on premium 3M IJ-35c and 3M Luster 8508 for the overlaminate. Next, we cut the door graphics using our Graphtec 8600.

On Homestead’s double-sided monument sign, we replaced the old acrylic panels with new ones. We used .177 Acrylic Panels, Briteline Translucent BL-T5430 and married with 3M Luster 8508 Overlaminate. We cut them down to fit accordingly. We then printed on translucent vinyl for their branding colors to illuminate through.

Replacing monument sign graphics is an effective and efficient way to perform maintenance or to Retro-Fit the old Florescent bulbs to Energy Efficient LEDs. Retro-Fitting is a great way to increase visibility as well as decrease to cost of energy on your electric bill.
