Channel Letter Signage for Mid-America PolyClinic, Ageless Life

Last year, Mid-America PolyClinic opened a new location in Overland Park and needed exterior signage.  We got to work designing a sign that would stand out and grab the attention of passersby. 

Our expert design team began developing the concept and worked with Mid-America PolyClinic to determine the best design, production and materials to fit their budget.  We agreed that internally-illuminated channel letters would pop on their brick backdrop.

We built the channel letters in four (4) manageable pieces, starting with the piece that contained the center and worked outward.  We sleeve anchored them to the wall one at a time.  Once the pieces were mounted, we wired the connections between the raceways and connected the power.

The installation was a beautiful success and a year later, the signage looks just as great as the day we installed it.  We were honored to work with such a great staff.  And, they must have enjoyed their experience with Forerunner Signs & Graphics, because they contacted us this past summer to design and install an additional exterior sign on the wall of the building facing College and Metcalf.

To promote their Ageless Life part of the business, they needed a channel logo and Channel letters Mounted to raceways.  We designed and installed 4 raceway pieces and 2 channel logos.  The channel logo and bar next to it were stud-mounted with individual stud penetrations.  The raceways were sleeve anchored – just like the raceways on the Mid-America PolyClinic face.

We mounted a box behind the wall to contain the ballast for the channel logo that is typically contained within a raceway.  Finally, we hooked up the power to the raceways.
