First United Title Exterior Cabinet, Lobby Sign Install Leads to Additional Lobby Signs and Logo Design

When First United Title contacted us, they needed a quick install of a couple of lobby signs and an exterior cabinet they had removed from their previous location.  This quick service project turned into something greater for both our client and us!

At Forerunner Signs, we take the time to listen to our customer’s wants and needs. 

First, we had to install the exterior cabinet.  The Existing Cabinet was anchored to the brick wall with led shields and the Existing Lobby signs were installed with plastics and stand-offs.

When we were finishing the cabinet and lobby sign install projects, the owner started talking about three other rooms in their office space in need of signage.  Our experts went over the options and we agreed that producing three additional lobby signs – two for their ‘closing’ rooms and one for a large conference room – would provide high-quality texture and branding to the environment and was within their budget.

We were honored that the owner of First United Title recognized our professionalism in the lobby sign and cabinet installation and chose us to manufacture and install an additional set of lobby signage.

So, we got to work!

After a few renderings, we were ready to produce the new lobby signs.  We used 1/2” Dimensional Gator Foam Lettering in Reflex Blue and Metallic Gold.  Our experienced team then Mounted the design on 3/16” Clear Acrylic w/ flame polished edges and ¾” Polished Chrome Stand-offs.

As you can see, the finished product is not only high in quality – it emanates a sense of class and professionalism throughout the office space.

Upon completion of the new lobby sign design and install, the owner asked if we designed logos or could refer him to a logo design company.  At Forerunner, we have an in-house graphic designer who specializes in conceptualizing and designing logos that capture an organization’s brand.
