Exterior and Interior Signage for S.P. Richards Company

S.P. Richards Co. contacted us to put up 2 Exterior Acrylic letter sets and an Interior Lobby Sign at their new location in a large, brand-new distribution warehouse complex off of 71 HWY and Blue River Rd.

Not many companies have a heritage that predates the civil war.  But with more than 160 years under their belt, S.P. Richards is part of Genuine Parts Company, a Fortune 250 business that specializes in distribution, logistics, and value added services. The company’s four major segments include NAPA (the automotive replacement parts division), Motion Industries industrial replacement parts, EIS electrical/electronic materials and S.P. Richards Company office products.

Before Sign Installation

The CNC routed ¼” acrylic letters with pantone color-matched, enamel coating were stud mounted into the exterior wall made of prefab concrete with a dryvit top coat. Since this new warehouse is on a raised plot of land that can be seen easily from the highway, we wanted the sign to stand out. The interior sign, made of the same acrylic and paint match, was installed using VHB.

Interior Lobby Sign

The new logos are three and a half feet tall and a custom bright red to make sure it can be seen at great distance for passersby on Highway 71. The branding from the outside into the lobby sign pulls it all together for a cohesive look.
