The seals were all tested for maximum strength, and the homeowner requested information regarding the difference in quality of the plastic liners he had purchased. It was explained that, as is the case with some companies, the quality of the liner that is used is compromised in order to cut corners on their cost, and can shorten the lifespan of the encapsulation overall by quite some time.
