Illuminated Monument Sign Cabinet for Escalon Plaza, CA

For this project, City Signs was hired to fabricate and install the cabinet portion of the monument sign for Escalon Plaza. Sign cabinets for monument signs are typically illuminated and is a self contained sign in it’s own right. Cabinets are generally fairly boxy and boring to look at, so they are sometimes attached to custom fabricated structures, which together become the attractive monument signs you might see around town. Monument signs come in many shapes and sizes and are made of many different types of materials. The cabinet portion by itself is usually constructed of aluminum with either flourescent, or LED lighting.

Aluminum was used for the structure with flourescent tubes to light it up from the inside. We then installed the cabinet onto a pole and base. After the cabinet was in place, the cap could be installed on top. The job was installed on time without any problems and the customer was very happy with the result.
