Gorgeous Interior and Exterior Sign Package at New Office Suite in Modesto, CA

Project:  Monument sign, interior and exterior FCO letters and door graphics

One of our recent projects at City Signs was for the Advanced Retina Institute in Modesto, California on Banner Court. The institute was moving into a new office building complex and had a blank slate for all of their signage. City Signs proposed some gorgeous FCO letters for the building face and then we matched the look and feel of the exterior sign to the interior lobby sign. The lobby sign is mounted above the reception desk and is the first thing customers see when entering the building. The letters are crisp and neat giving ARI a professional appearance from the start. The teal color is painted to match a provided color from the company and the silver is a mirrored finish placed on top of the acrylic letter giving the whole sign a high end look.

ARI also needed a monument sign which we were happy to design, produce and install for them as well. The monument was installed on a new cement slab. It has a stucco texture on the base and cap and the face is a smooth acrylic panel with applied vinyl graphics. The monument was also painted to match the office building complex, adding to curb appeal and aesthetics.
