Once out team and customer finalize a design we assist by sending over the new sign proposal to landlords for their written approval. Once the sign proposal had been reviewed and approved by the property manager or landlord we can then hand our file over to our in house permit expeditor to submit the sign permit application to the City. We like to make sure we keep our customers informed every step of the way. If any comments or revisions are requested by City officials we make sure our customer is aware of these changes before proceeding with resubmittals.

We like to make our customers sign experience as smooth as possible with as little to no stress if at all possible. A recent sign that we have worked on designing, fabricating, permitting and installing was for our create customers at Honeys Air  and Solar located in Modesto, CA. This sign was fabricated as Illuminated Channel Letters and was mounted onto the building using a wireway. The size of this sign is roughly 423″ Wide with the largest letter being about 43″ tall. Our customer provided their logo and together we designed a layout that will fit properly on their building to fit the purpose!
