I bet this sports bar is going to be a great success here in Modesto, CA.  In the image above you can see the new sports bar and lounge, called Bookies.  We made the sign for them, which you can also see in the image.  Their sign has such pop and pizazz, it can’t help but stand out amongst all the other signs in the area.  And there are a few reasons why.

First, the sign is simply larger than their neighbors’ signs.  The lettering in ‘Bookies’ rises above the awning, and above the roof ledge.  Another reason the sign pops is the lettering is arched, not straight like the other signs.  This really helps their sign to stand out, especially upon first glance.  But, the biggest reason why this sign pops can only be seen at night.

Bookies Sports Bar & Lounge’s sign is also a neon sign.  Traditional, exposed neon signs, like the one we installed for Bookies, are not very common any more.  Most lighting is being replaced by LED lights.  But exposed neon signs have tremendous impact and a specific type of light that really can catch your eye.  In a world of LED lighting, traditional neon lights may be your way to stand out amongst your competition.
