CA, Modesto – Dimensional Letters Signs for Platinum Home Mortgage

We received a call from Platinum Home Mortgage in Modesto, CA recently. They were looking for a sign company that would create a pair of signs for the outside of their building. We were more than happy to come out and visit with them, and on seeing their location, we recommended 8” tall formed plastic dimensional lettering.

In the image, you can see how great these dimensional letters look against their building. The facade is of a rust-colored wood, and the black dimensional letters are large enough to be seen easily from wherever you are. They convey who the company is and where it is located. Dimensional lettering makes for a particularly attractive look.

To create the signs for the outside of the Platinum Home Mortgage building, we used 8” tall, formed dimensional letters. The typestyle of the letters was GT-Helvetica, and the color was 2025-Black. The letters are cut vinyl of 3M Matte Black 22 and these letters were combination mount flush with paper pattern per art. There were two sets of dimensional lettering created; one for the front of the building and one for one of the sides visible to the public.

The availability of acrylic is transforming many businesses all across town. There are some businesses, such as Platinum Home Mortgage, which has a smaller exterior facade, where large channel letters wouldn’t look good and would overpower the look of the business itself.
