As a C-suite executive, it is common for the demands and responsibilities of your position to challenge your ability to achieve an optimum work/life balance. Having more time for yourself and those you care for instead of working a demanding schedule is most likely a goal you’ve set for yourself at some point. 

I want to help my executive clients learn how to achieve the work/life balance they envision to prosper personally and professionally. I use my certification in executive business with my experience as the CEO of Hoffman Digital: I have achieved a balance to fulfill my other interests and passions. I am a Board Officer for the Girl Scouts of Wisconsin South East and a former Board member for United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties. 

Identify Where You Are

My Diamond Mapping assessment helps my clients understand where there is disharmony in several areas of life. Clients grade themselves in four significant aspects of life on a chart, serving as a visual representation of their overall quality of life. You will establish two FocalPoints – in your career and family/personal relationship areas. For example, in this case, your FocalPoints may be to schedule more days off and spend more time with family members. 

Discover Your Vision to Set Actionable Goals

You will identify your authentic vision of your ideal work and family schedule. Then, we will work on developing strategies and behavioral habits to get significant activities done without needing more hours so you can schedule time off and dedicate more time to your family.

Double Your Production, Double Your Income

I teach my C-suite executive clients how to plan to double productivity in their department to double their time off. By improving performance, you initiate a domino effect: improved productivity increases your output, and, eventually, your pay increases and doubles. I teach a strategy called the Grand Slam Formula to help my clients prioritize and achieve objectives with action plans to get twice as much done in the same amount of time. 

Schedule Your Time Off

You play a significant role in your company, making it easy to choose work over having time off. I ask my clients to start by taking one full day off work and eventually increase it to two. Then we progress to a three-day vacation every three months, every two months, and so on. 

Develop a Daily Family and Personal Activity Schedule

A daily family schedule is also significant in committing to a work/life balance. We will Identify specific things you can do daily with and for your family, focus on an activity to improve your relationships, and discipline yourself to complete this daily until it becomes a habit.
