New Trade Show Display for Optimal Performance in Brookfield Using 48″ Retractable Banner Stand

When Dr. Cory Van Westen contacted us to help design a small trade show display, we weren’t sure which direction the design would take.  Dr. Van Westen knew how much he wanted to spend, but really didn’t know what was possible. This is where Optimum Signs really stands apart.

When we sat down with Dr. Van Westen, he had an idea of the design he wanted. The design had to be  something eye catching but not overpowering.  In his field of performance management, there are countless providers for services. Few offer the breath of services that Optimal Performance does and we needed the signage to reflect this.  Our designer spent better than an hour talking to Dr. Van Westen about what he was expecting the design to look like. Everything from preferred fonts to favorite colors.  We then matched up font styles and colors that are distinct and grab attention. We coupled it with a very powerful design using the human spine to deliver a design that is both eye catching and powerful. It delivers a message in short order.  Not too many people would be able to look at the design and not understand what Optimal Performance does.

We went with a 48″ trade show grade, retractable banner stand.  These banner stands are designed to perform for a lifetime and come with a lifetime warranty on the hardware..  If the banner stand breaks, we will replace the defective part, no questions asked. The banner comes with a one year warranty and can be changed out easily.  We also offered a vinyl banner for the wall or partition.  We reflected a similar design on the vinyl banner while making sure that we listed a few of the services that Optimal Performance offers. What display would be complete without a custom table runner? We went with a white runner with the logo and tag line on it.  The challenge with a white runner on a piece of fabric that will be touched by countless people each show, is that it will get dirt.  Again, not a problem as all of our custom table clothes and table runners are dye sublimated so that they can be washed when they get dirty without concern for losing the design.  We finished off the design with a standard A frame.  The ones that we use are very sturdy and easy to use.  By moving four locking side clamps, you can change the graphics in seconds.  When everything was put together it created a trade show booth that delivered the message that Dr. Van Westen was looking for.
