S&F

When Josh and Fan bought their business, they never imagined that they would have the banner that they bought with the company name on the building 4 years later.  S & F found most sign companies didn’t want to work with a small auto shop.  The ones that did, demanded a premium for the sign that made a new sign just not feasible. That’s what they thought, until Optimum Signs starting working with them.

One of the first things Optimum Signs does when engaging on a project like this is to engage the municipality.  We sat down with the Senior Planning Manager for West Allis and had a very productive meeting. We uncovered a number of paperwork  issues that needed to be cared for before we could proceed with an application for a sign permit.  We also discovered that the occupancy permit was incorrect and listed the old owner as the current owner.  24 hours later and a few new forms completed, we were ready to proceed.  Optimum Signs provided drawings, photos of the existing building, what it would look like after the sign that we proposed would be added and power consumption statistics. Two weeks later, we had our permits.

We found a very straight forward building constructed of concrete block.  The building had sufficient electrical power to allow for an easy install.  No need for additional circuits or special power drops.  Very nice.  The sign design was both simple yet elegant.  Something different.  A truly beautiful sign.  On the day of install everything went according to plan.  Our installer was able to mount the sign on the wall within 30 minutes. Next, our electrician wired everything in and added digital timers so our customer didn’t need to worry about remembering to turn the sign on or off.   Time to light the sign. Josh, the owner of S&F, said that it was even better than he imagined.

So if you have a need for channel letters and you want a design that differentiates your business from everyone else, call Optimum Signs at 262.289.9481 or email at info@optimumsignswi.com.
