Menomonee Falls, WI – Custom Design Healthcare Provider on a Fleet of Honda HRV

Posted in: Client Examples

When we started working with Pivotal Healthcare, we talked about the fleet of vehicles that the company would have on the street within the next 12-14 months.  If I had a dollar for every time I was told that a customer had “multiple vehicles” so I could price the work correctly, I would have enough money for a single gallon of gas! That’s ok; it’s part of the business experience.  But with Pivotal, they were correct.

I love working on design/build fleet graphics, and this is a fun group to work with.  This vehicle was the 4th out of a possible 22 cars that Optimum Signs designed, printed, and installed for Pivotal Healthcare. One of the benefits of working with Optimum Signs is that we can manage the graphics for all of the company’s vehicles.  With Pivotal, we designed the graphics for the fleet. Then we manage the graphics across all the cars.  We even keep a couple of sets of graphics around just in case someone forgets to tell us that they have another vehicle adding to the fleet.  The nice thing about doing a fleet like this is that they utilize the Honda HRV. All the vehicles are precisely the same. This allows us to standardize the design across all the cars.

When Optimum Signs manages the graphics for your fleet, we make certain lead times are small and that the graphics look the same across the entire platform of vehicles.  With a shorter lead time, your vehicles are in service faster, where they belong. You don’t buy vehicles to add to the fleet to have them sitting for weeks while they get the graphics added to them.

Another reason to work with Optimum Signs is that we ensure the color of the graphics doesn’t shift as we print the graphics.  Not only within the package but across all the packages.  We use state-of-the-art calibrating equipment that takes readings from the current print and compares those values to those from the prior files.  If there is a discrepancy, the printer begins to make adjustments.  We also make sure that we calibrate our printers, monitors, and any other equipment that artwork needs to move through.  It’s the only way to make sure the colors are consistently correct.

Working with Optimum Signs isn’t perfect, but we like to say that we are the best overall package. Especially with the current supply chain disruptions, nothing is easy anymore.  We try to take the headaches out of managing your sign projects.  Please call us if you need help designing graphics, cut vinyl, or complete wraps.  We can be reached at 262.289.9481 or email us at info@optimumsignswi.com.
