  We work with a large number of landscape and yard maintenance companies and Layout Landscaping is just one of them.  When we start with most of these companies, they have a logo and some color ideas but that is about it.  When Layout came to us, they had a few ideas but nothing more. The guys from Layout Landscaping knew that they liked the brighter colors most of all and when we gave them a rendering using a bright orange color, they knew we found the correct color.  With a white vehicle we always want to make sure we have a very high contrast between the graphics and the vehicle. The bright orange when added to black letters gives us the exact look that we wanted.  We also added the banner beneath the company name in a teal banner with white letters.  This framed the logo and really helped the information pop.  We also added the phone number above the wheel wells using a gloss black vinyl.  Again, just adding to the ease of visibility and making sure that all the information for this company was very easy to read.  We always tell our customers that wraps and cut graphics have about 5-7 seconds to deliver their message. If your images don’t support that fact, we need to adjust the design.

Layout Landscaping was very happy with the design but they had seen a number of other landscaping companies that the graphics on their truck and trailers had started to look run down and some had started to fade in color.  We explained that after we print the graphics we use an optically clear laminate that protects the print from the elements.  That means the print will not fade unless something happens that allows the rain/sun to get to the print.  When we started business in 2014, we printed a wrap for a car that used bright and brilliant colors. In 2020, we removed the wrap because the number of times shopping carts and keys damaged the print had exceeded what looked good. When we removed the wrap 6.5 years after installing it, the colors looked just as bright and brilliant as when we installed it.
