This one was fun. Long time customer of Optimum Signs, Price Erecting Company just bought a bunch of service vans. It seems like there is talk in the automotive industry that there could be a shortage of new vehicles because of a computer chip shortage.  The way that Price consumes vehicles, that could have been a problem.

The Price Erecting Company is dedicated to being a trusted source for machinery moving and installation, equipment repair, rigging and erecting, and fabrication and welding.  Guided by their principles, standards and knowledge, their mission is to gain long lasting relationships with their clients by completing every job safely and efficiently while ensuring competitive pricing and quality craftsmanship. In other words, they deal with the big, heavy and very dangerous stuff.  We have worked with them for years and these folks know what they are doing.

Price uses the vans to run service calls to the job site and with the large number of jobs that they have going right now, they needed these vans.  The one pictured above was leaving to go out-of-state 48 hours after Price asked us if we could throw together a proof, print it and install the graphics in 48 hours.  Of course we can, besides, we love a challenge.  The design follows most of their other vehicles. Not overly complex but very clear.  Most of the times the graphics help employees find the vehicle in a very busy and chaotic job site.  Other times it helps the employee remember where he parked.

These vans are the perfect advertising billboard with a few of them putting on over 50,000 mile a year!  We always advise that graphics on a vehicle have to be very clear because someone driving near the vehicle have between 3-7 seconds to see the graphics and understand what you do.  If you go to a full wrap, the images have to enforce your marketing and again answer the question: what do you do? After that, if the individual has an interest, how do they contact you? You would be surprised how many companies don’t know how their customers find them.  With the explosion of the internet, a clearly visible web address is always necessary.  Even the color of the van matters. When you add information to the face of the van, color contrast is critical. It makes the information easier to read if done correctly.  Either way, Optimum Signs can assist you.
