Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin – Commercial Truck Wrap for Capital Heating and Cooling

Posted in: Special Offer

About two years ago, one of the larger buildings in our area became vacant.  We know most of our neighbors and we were looking forward to meeting the new neighbors.  Well, after they moved in they were difficult to catch.  That, plus a locked front door made it difficult.  So I would leave a packet of information on the front door or maybe a business card in the window.  Either way, it didn’t work. We were not able to talk with our new neighbors.  That was until they were visiting one of our neighbors.

It turns out that the company was Capital Heating and Cooling, one of the premier commercial and residential HVAC companies in southeastern Wisconsin.  They have a very large fleet of commercial vehicles and they really weren’t too terribly happy with the company that was designing and installing their commercial vehicle wraps.  Good for us but I needed to find out why they weren’t happy.  We met a couple of times to discuss what their expectations were and how they wanted to do business on the vehicles.  A lot of people think that this is insignificant but it isn’t.  Companies that do business differently from one another make bad business partners.  Plus, when we discussed their expectations, we discovered that we needed to do some education on what made a quality design and wrap.  People think that a wrap is a wrap, right? Couldn’t be farther from the truth.  Designs that fall in the wrong place on a truck can make the information difficult to read. A design that focuses on information can become very hard to ascertain what the company does.  We found that most people give a wrap about 3-5 seconds before they move on.  That’s it.  You have 3-5 seconds to deliver your message in a clear and concise manner.  The material side of the equation is even more twisted.  Just because a vinyl is “wrap grade” does not mean that it will work best for you.  Some materials are made with a semi-permanent adhesive. Others are great for flat surfaces but are not made for complex curves. Either way, the difference can be a wrap that lasts for 3-5 years and represents your company perfectly, or one that fails in the first 12 months.

Optimum Signs takes all of this into consideration when we work with one of our customers.  Our goal is to deliver the correct design, on the correct material all the time.  If you happen to have a fleet of vehicles and you just get the feeling that the company that is handling your design and installation of the wraps just isn’t delivering on your expectations, please call us at 262.289.9481 or email us at info@optimumsignswi.com.  We would be happy to sit down with you and figure out how best to serve you.
