Located in picturesque, Historical Downtown McKinney, Primp Salon first opened its doors in 2010. Specializing in color, advanced hair cutting, weddings and event hair, our professional stylists have trained extensively with some of the most highly respected cut and color authorities in the field.

Primp Salon uses Kevin Murphy hair color and we specialize in multi-dimensional color, color correction, balayage, high-lights and low-lights. Other services include Hair Extensions, Brazilian blowouts, Keratin Complex, and facial waxing.

We carry luxury hair products by Kevin Murphy and the award winning Moroccan Oil.  All Kevin Murphy hair products are sulphate free, Paraben free and cruelty free. Kevin Murphy is also all about the environment and recognizes the seriousness of dangerous climate change.
