ETCHED VINYL WITH DIGITAL PRINT OVERLAY

Frosted, or “etched” vinyl, is available in large rolls up to 48″ wide and 150 yards long. It comes in several densities, as well as varying patterns of the actual etch or frosted grain. Frosted vinyl can be applied to almost any glass or acrylic surface including doors, windows, tables, signage and more. Custom designs can be machine cut in almost any pattern. It is also easy to add logo cut-outs and digitally printed overlays to complete your design.

CUSTOM ETCHED VINYL ON GLASS

The process for turning a glass surface into a frosted work of art is very simple. It begins with a 2D rendering of what your door, wall or other surface will look like once the installation is completed. Once you have approved the rendering, a cut file is created. The frosted vinyl material is then run through a cut machine that cuts the material to the specs.  The negative spaces are then “weeded’ out by hand, and the final material is backed with an application tape for ease of installation. A certified decal applicator expertly applies the material onto your door, wall, table or other glass surface.

Etched or frosted vinyl can be used in conjunction with other materials to create stunning signage. Graphic overlays, dimensional letters, and stand-off mounting hardware all work with etched vinyl applications for lobby signs, displays and more.
