Vinyl Truck Graphics for Globe Energy Services in Kilgore, TX

Recently, we were approached by Globe Energy Services, the branch office located in Kilgore on Marvin A Smith Dr. They contacted us because the current graphics installed on their service trucks were peeling off. They needed a solution to ensure the integrity of their branding. The project consisted of removing old graphics and replacement of new vinyl graphics. We started with one eighteen wheeler with more to come over time.

In the picture to the left, you can see the current state of the vinyl graphics as they are peeling off and fading. This is typical of low grade calendared vinyl after it has baked in the sun. The picture to the right shows the removal and installation of the new graphics.

Globe Energy Services corporate office is located in Snyder, TX with offices in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Louisiana. They offer a full range of oil field services capabilities such as well servicing, fishing and rental, completion systems and production chemicals. Their service teams bring extensive knowledge and experience enabling them to deliver the highest level of expertise and safety.

To create the graphics we printed Globe Energy’s logo to 3M IJ180C and used 3M 8519 Luster laminate for maximum durability. IJ180C is a premium cast vinyl that will avoid shrinking and cracking in the short term. The typical life span is 5 years, but given the nature of the oil field industry it could be shorter if proper care is not taken. The vinyl graphics were placed on both the driver side and passenger side door. Even though Globe Energy is not a retail company selling to consumers, keeping their brand identity visible is still an important factor in the company’s overall mission to its end client.
