The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography are very familiar with the different venues around the Las Vegas Strip since they have been covering conferences and conventions in Las Vegas for a number of years. The most recent conference for which our photographers provided the photography coverage was at the Convention Center within the Mandalay Bay Casino and Resort Center, but the next time that our photographers will be in Las Vegas will be off the strip at the Las Vegas Convention Center to cover an annual conference for a national trade association.

There are two main reasons why our conference and convention photographers work so frequently with national associations who are holding their special event, whether it’s a conference, a convention, or an annual sales meeting, in Las Vegas.  One is that our conference and convention photographers are very familiar with the special event venues on and around the Las Vegas Strip; from different casinos and resorts, to the Las Vegas Convention Center, to the special event and convention centers within the different casinos and resorts.  The other reason is that our photography studio has an already established relationship with many national trade associations from having provided photography coverage for their previous conventions, conferences or special events; so when the association holds their special event in Las Vegas, it is a natural and logical choice to select our conference and convention photographers to provide the photography since they already know the quality of the work and the actual photographer who has already established a working relationship with the event planners and the conference and convention attendees.
