Conference at Oregon Convention Center in Portland, OR yields Headshots from Photographer

The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment photography recently covered a conference and EXPO at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, OR and as part of the conference photography coverage the meeting planners wanted to take professional head shot portraits of the board of directors.  This of course was reasonable request that the photographer was able to complete with minimal interruption to the overall flow of the event and without disruption to the rest of the conference and convention photography coverage.

Having a good working relationship between the event planners and the photographers ensured that the head shots portrait session took place flawlessly.  Between the conference and convention planners and the photographers a time frame was selected prior to everyone’s arrival in Portland so that the executive portrait session was only one more of the many conference and convention events already scheduled.  The photographers were able to be prepared with appropriate professional photography lighting equipment and backdrop so that the space outside the executive boardroom was transformed into a mobile portrait studio.
An obvious benefit to the association was that all of the board members were able to get their professional headshot taken by the same photographer with the same lighting conditions and on a uniform background so that all of the images were uniform and able to be used across all collateral having a uniform look.  This consistency in imagery portrays the association holding the conference or convention as one that leaves no detail to chance.

The photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography were pleased to have been able to help the conference and convention planners in getting this side project accomplished while their association was holding its annual conference and expo at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, OR.
