Anaheim Orange County Convention Bureau Board Has Head Shots Taken

The  Anaheim Orange County Visitor and Convention Bureau made the most out of its recent February meeting by having Caught in the Moment Photography conduct “picture day” and have all the board members stay behind a couple of minutes to get their head shots taken.
This particular meeting wasn’t held at the Anaheim Convention Center, instead it was held at one of the hotel members that support both the mission and the visitors that come to the convention center, but regardless of whether it was held at the convention center or off-site we knew that the board members would want to get back to their jobs as soon as possible.
Because we have worked with the convention bureau staff before, they knew that we would know exactly what they wanted and also the expediency and professionalism with which we would treat their VIPs.  They knew that all they had to tell us was where and when the meeting started and the estimated length.  We arrived and set up without the meeting’s coordinators even knowing.  This setup consisted of a multi-light studio with immediate proofing; it was essentially a complete professional photography studio.  The backdrop we used was one that we had used with them before when we photographed head shots for the staff, so by doing so all of their head shots would be uniform.
It is always such an honor to be chosen by someone who typically refers us to their clients to do photography for them.  Caught in the Moment Photography has been a member of the Anaheim Orange County Visitor and Convention Bureau for a number of years, and we feel privileged and honored to continue to be chosen to work for the AOCVCB whether it’s on the convention center grounds or off-site.
