5 Questions for a Wayfarer’s Chapel Photographer

Posted in: Industry News

Congratulations on selecting the Wayfarers Chapel as your wedding ceremony location! The photography will ensure you will have something to remember the day and selecting a wedding photographer that is familiar with the Chapel is the best way to make sure that happens.

Approximately how many weddings or how long have you been working at Wayfarers?

Wayfarers Chapel is a challenging place to photograph. Everyone has to start somewhere but  you don’t want to be one of your wedding photographer’s first weddings at Wayfarers.

Are there any restrictions on wedding photographers at Wayfarers Chapel?

Since you’ve signed a contract with Wayfarers you already know the answer to this question. This is an opportunity for the photographer to share his/her experiences in working within those restrictions and still produce the stunning images you can get at Wayfarers.

What kind of help is offered by the staff of the chapel?

Wayfarers Chapel has a number of wedding coordinators whose job is to ensure that your time while on the grounds goes smoothly. More than likely the person with whom you signed the contract will be with you that day, but asking this question of your photographer will give you insight into what his/her experience has been in interacting with the staff.

Is there a weather contingency?

The very attributes of the location that drew you to selecting Wayfarers for your wedding also mean that the weather conditions can change hourly.  The answer to this question should give you comfort or worry.

When can I expect to receive my wedding pictures?

This question of course is not specific to Wayfarers Chapel but you want to have set expectations on when and how you will receive your wedding photographs.
