Long Beach, CA Based Conference and Convention Photographer Travels to Portland, Oregon

Posted in: Industry News

Recently a conference client for whom we have provided the conference photography both at the Long Beach, CA, and the Anaheim, CA convention centers inquired whether our photographers would travel to the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, OR, to cover the same conference but that was now moving to a different part of the West Coast.

This inquiry is not at all out of the ordinary, we have many clients who have become accustomed to receiving exemplary service and to have their expectations on the imagery we provide surpassed each and every time. It is an easy decision for the meeting planners to make since our prices are competitive, and because we have been working with the association for a number of years not only do we know the type of events to expect throughout the conference proceedings, but perhaps almost as importantly we also know who the key players in the association are and their personalities. To further put the client at ease, we informed them that not only are they not alone in contracting our photography services to convention centers outside of California, but that our photographers are already familiar with the Oregon Convention Center and the city of Portland having already photographed multiple conferences there.

Caught in the Moment Photography is a photography studio based in Long Beach, CA, whose photographers specialize in conferences and conventions. Although our photographers call the Long Beach, Anaheim, and Los Angeles Convention Centers “home” we look forward to traveling wherever our conference and convention clients take us.
