Photography for Christmas and Holiday Events

Although we are based in Long Beach, we photograph special events all over the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.  Some of the event venues where we often work at end of the year special events are the Hotel Maya, the Hyatt, Westin and Hilton Hotels in Long Beach.  As a matter of fact, the end of year holiday season is a busy time for the photographers at Caught in the Moment Photography.  Whether it’s a Christmas party, a New Year’s Eve party or simply an end of year event where recognitions are made, our photographers are a key component of the event that signals to the guests that no detail has been overlooked.

As a matter of fact many companies hire our photographers for these parties not only to document the awards that are given out at many of these special events but because many of the guests very often make special efforts to dress up we are also hired to provide a special take-home memento of the occasion.  With our green screen technology and our print on site capabilities the special event guests can leave the party with a framed photograph that many of them will end up using either as their Christmas end of year holiday card.  The services that we can provide can be as simple as the documenting of the awards and presentations or quit literally we can become the entertainment for the evening by having an open air photobooth type of setup where the guests can interact with their families and coworkers and end up with a customized image of themselves.
