Convention Photographer Receive Request for Proposal for Chicago, IL Association

It is always a pleasure for the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography to receive request for proposals for conference or convention photography coverage from past clients.  Recently the photographers received a request for proposal for photography for a Convention for a national association based in Chicago, IL.  Although the national professional association is headquartered in Chicago, IL the actual convention is going to be held in Southern California.  An obvious reason for the conference and convention photographers to be receiving this request for proposal is that the national professional association has received both quality images and exceptional customer service from the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography.

It is the sincere hope that the proposal that is prepared for the national professional association will be accepted by the professional special event planners that are working with the national professional association in order to organize and execute the plans for all the special events related to the convention. Obviously the review of this particular request for proposal will be an easier review for the professional event planners because they know that the national professional association has in the past worked with the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography.  It is the sincere hope of the photographers that they will once again have the opportunity to provide the convention photography services for this particular association based in Chicago, IL.
