Conference Photographers Valuable for Washington DC trips to Capitol Hill

One of the many reasons to belong to a national trade association is to have a voice in order to share information important to the members of the association with legislators and other policymakers in Washington, DC.  Many of these associations entrust the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography to create imagery that accurately represents the events that are planned to educate the legislators and policymakers.

Because these legislators and policymakers are in a position to alter the way business is conducted for the members of the association, regardless of what the profession is, several of these national trade associations conduct what they often refer to as legislator education missions at the legislator’s office in Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.  These organizations want to share with their members that they are active in advocating for their interests and of the profession as a whole so they create publicity pieces to share what it is that they have been doing.  It is in the planning and execution of these visits that many event planners for the national trade associations choose the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography to document the visits of their members up to Capitol Hill.
