Conference Photographer Establishes Rapport with Chicago Based Event Planner

The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography have many connections to the conference and convention scene in and around the Greater Chicago, IL area. Even when providing conference and convention photography services away from the Chicago area, the strong ties to the Chicago area seems to emerge.  This week the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment were providing the photography services for a conference at the Long Beach Convention Center and the main contact for the national professional association is based in Chicago.

Because the Greater Chicago Area is a top tier conference and convention destination, the photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography are frequently in the Chicago area providing the photography services for one of the many national professional associations or national trade organizations that the photography studio is fortunate enough to call recurring clients.  Another reason the the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography are familiar with the Greater Chicago Area is that many of these same national professional associations or national trade organizations seem to have their national headquarters in and around the Chicagoland area.

This familiarity and connections with the Greater Chicago Area was strengthened even more this week as the main contact for the national professional association that was having its conference in the Long Beach Convention Center is based in Chicago.  Having that familiarity with the Chicago area made for yet one shared experience and allowed for a quick rapport building.  Hopefully because the photographers provided the national professional association with great imagery of their conference at the Long Beach Convention Center a new relationship can be established either with the national professional association or with the professional event planner responsible for coordinating the conference.
