Fall Conference and Photographers return to McCormick Place Convention Center

McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, IL has now been the host to a conference for a national association the focuses on advancing the interests of a particular industry for several years.  The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography have been the photographers for that same conference for all but the first of the existence of the conference.  This particular conference takes place in the late fall, a beautiful time of the year to be in Chicago.  As we enter the fall months, the promotional hits for the conference have already started to appear in social media and in other promotional channels that the professional association uses to disseminate information to its members.

Because of the longstanding relationship between the national professional association and the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography, the date for this years conference has long been in the books for both parties, and it is with great anticipation that the photographers are looking forward to returning to Chicago to provide the photography services to the annual conference.

As a conference and convention service provider, the photographers appreciate having returning clients on whom they they can count on and just as importantly the event professionals that are responsible for organizing and coordinating the annual event trust and rely on the the conference and convention photographers to provide the national association with imagery that will be useful and eye catching for their purposes; whatever the message it is that they want to convey to their members through their collateral materials.

Although the national professional association that holds this conference in Chicago in the fall also holds an annual conference in the spring, the one that is held in the fall is always held in Chicago.  The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography are fortunate to be the photography service providers for the national professional association regardless of where the annual events are held.
