As it often happens to the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography a professional event planner formerly with a national association representing the interests of a specific profession contacted them to request a proposal for convention coverage in Las Vegas, NV for the new national association for which she now works.

As with any other profession, professional event planners responsible for planning and organizing conferences and conventions for national trade organizations or national associations that represent the interests of specific professions from time to time change their place of employment; more often than not the new place of employment is another national trade association that represents the interests of a different profession.  This was exactly the case for a conference and convention event planner with whom the photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography have worked with for a number of years.  As ti turns out, the professional event planner is now employed with a different national professional association but retained her contact list of conference and convention event professionals.  Fortunately for the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography, is on the list of event service providers that she has trusted for a number of years and that she would like to work with again.
