Earned Trust for Conference Photographers by Washington DC National Association

The Gaylord Resort at National Harbor in suburban Washington, DC was one of the first conference and convention venues where the photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography returned to provide photography services once the restrictions were lifted preventing these type of events to take place.

The convention for the national association was held in the area surrounding Washington, DC because the national headquarters for the association are located in downtown Washington, DC and the event professionals organizing the convention did not want to add the variable of hiring multiple service providers from a part of the country where they were not physically located.  

Because the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography have a long standing relationship both with the event professionals responsible for securing the services associated with the convention and with executives from the national association, their hiring was one of the few exceptions in the hiring of conference and convention service providers.
