The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography count in their client base a number of national and international associations; many of which are based in Chicago, IL. Also in their client list are associations that although not based in Chicago choose the popular city to hold their annual special event; whether it is a conference, a convention or another special event.
Many of these clients are long-term clients that hire the photography studio specializing in special event coverage to take care of the photography needs for their conference or convention. One such client is an international association that specializes in specific services whose members come to the conference from all over the world regardless of the city or the convention center.
This year it so happens that the association is holding their conference at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, IL. travel all over the Los Angeles Area to provide green screen open air photo booths and all the other photography at Christmas, holiday, and other end of year parties and special events. Palos Verdes Golf Club is a popular place for many companies and organizations to hold their party.
Palos Verdes Golf Club is a popular choice because of its prime location on the Palos Verdes Peninsula with its outstanding view of the Pacific Ocean and more importantly during the end of year Christmas Party Season, its view of the South Bay and the twinkling lights of the cities that surround it.

Recently the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography had the opportunity to visit one of their long-term clients at their national headquarters in Chicago, IL. The client is a national healthcare association with thousands of members nationwide and even boasting some members internationally.
The association offered their office space as a place where the conference and convention photographers could meet several meeting planners from and around the greater Chicago area that are in a position to make decisions on who to hire as vendors for the different special event needs.
It was a great gesture and a tremendous nod to the confidence that the client has on the conference and event photographers to not only hire them multiple times per year, but to also endorse them to the degree of hosting an event at their office space where one of the primary purposes was to share the photographer’s expertise with the other meeting and event planners.
The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment do not take these type of gestures for granted and are very thankful to have the confidence and endorsement of their current clients while trying to secure additional clients. In this case it was a national association providing a third party endorsement for the type of special event photography and customer service that special event planners for other organizations can expect to receive from the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography. It is said that third party endorsement of a service or product is invaluable and hopefully other national associations can soon receive the same type of photography service from our photographers.

Project: Bat Mitzvah Green Screen Photo Booth Setup

Clients: Special Event Planners for Bat Mitzvah
Recently the photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography had the opportunity to work with special event planners in the Southern California’s Orange County to put together a greenscreen photobooth mobile photography studio that complemented the theme for the bat mitzvah so well that it was quite a hit with all of the guests at the special event.
As is frequently the case, celebrations of this kind have a theme that is carried out throughout the day but of course culminates at the mitzvah celebration. For this particular client the theme for the day was board games that any family would play during a family evening gathering. This particular theme made for great green screen photo booth images because of the backgrounds and props that the photographers brought along for the party.
Of course with every greenscreen photobooth special event that the photographers of Caught in the Moment bring their mobile photo studio there is an aspect of personalization and customization; that is what makes the greenscreen so much fun and attractive for special event photography; but in this particular case the photographers really tried to make all of the guests feel as though they were part of the game by literally putting them on the game board.
