Pizza 900 LED Channel letters

The attached picture of LED channel letters.

We survey the building so we could know what size the channel letters can be.

Then the customer needs to approved the price before we did blueprints.  We sent the blueprints to the customer & to the landlord for approval. Than we  can go to the city for permits.

The city of Laguna Hills is over the counter so permits were issued immediately because there were not changes that had to be made.

Then we could start to manufacture the LED channel letters.

The logo sign can was cut from 3/16’’ white acrylic with a digital print mounted to the face. The letters were made from orange acrylic. The can or channel of the letters & logo was constructed out of aluminum.  The backs of the letters are ½’’ alumicore with white LED. The letters spelled out WOOD FIRED PIZZARIA. The letters & logo were mounted on a raceway of which than the raceway was mounted on to the building. The raceway had to be painted to match the building. Then all the electrical was hooked up to the J-Box.
