We were recently contacted by Mr. and Mrs. K, who reside in a penthouse in the Royalton High-Rise in Houston.  They were interested in exploring their options to deal with glare and heat into their penthouse and they were looking for something that would be more cost effective than window treatments.

We recommended that they have us install window film ,which is non-reflective, features UVA/UVB elimination and 200 SPF  (The film doesn’t cause any disturbance in daytime or night time views.) We explained to the them that our window films would not change the look of the building and would be undetectable.

One important point thing to mention is that this particular film is approved by most homeowners associations for use on strata buildings.  The end result is was a happy customer with a penthouse that looks fantastic form the inside and out, and our customer’s views are not obscured in any way.
