Project Update: Swan Way Exterior Signage

Posted in: Industry News

Often a building will become dated and need a face lift. Sometimes just a few minor changes to the existing signage, in this case a fresh new paint color and new dimensional lettering on the buildings two exterior monument signs, will give the structure a fresh and updated look. The project also involved updating the parking lot signs to reflect the appropriate parking restrictions and tow company contact information.

Other aspects of the project include updated interior room identification and facilities signs, as well as new evacuation maps reflecting the revised building interior layout. In addition, there will be new exterior dimensional lettering once the exterior entrance renovation work is complete. We are working closely with the property manager on the project management aspects of this multi-phased project and will keep you posted on our progress which includes interfacing with the Fire Marshall to approve the revised evacuation maps.

If you are a local building owner or property manager contemplating renovation to your building structure, give SignWorks a call at (510) 357-2000. We can help you manage all the aspects associated with your building signage.
