Danville, CA – TopHap Interior Illuminated Channel Letter Sign Brightens Lobby

SignWorks is pleased to report that the installation of our client, TopHap’s, interior illuminated channel letter lobby sign went very well.  They had selected bright white LED bulbs and the effect is wonderful. The bright light from the back of the letters shines onto the wooden slatted wall and gives a certain ambiance to the space that makes it feel very warm and welcoming.  Though the client had initially contacted us in mid-August, the installation was delayed until this week.

Once the design layout was approved we used our preferred vendor, Gemini to fabricate the channel letters and logo wordmark.  Some adjustments were made to the logo art file they sent so as to meet the requirements for illumination.  These iterations and resizing allowed us to ensure that the stroke width and height of the individual letters would accommodate the LED bulbs.  The overall width of the logo sign is 51” and includes the 12” purple colored wordmark.  The letters and returns are all bright white as shown in the picture.

Gemini uses stainless steel to fabricate their illuminated channel letters and their products carry a lifetime pass through warranty.  Once fabricated the letters were shipped to our facility where we performed a lot of behind the scenes preparation work prior to scheduling the installation. This work included mounting each of the individual lettering studs using the lettering template, and prepping the logo/letters to ensure a smooth installation process.  The final result is an installed logo mounted to the client’s interior lobby wall that creates a welcoming branded space that will be enjoyed by employees and customers alike.
