Affordable Signage: Designing It In . . .

At present we are working with a property management company to update a 100 plus commercial tenant building. Because tenants come and go the management company wants to select a custom design that is easily updated, yet ADA compliant. Our solution is to use a design where the Braille identifies the room numbers but vinyl lettering identifies the name of the business. The idea is that new tenants will simply have their “name” replaced when they occupy a space that was formerly used by their predecessor.

We as the sign manufacturer will not need to reorder the entire sign when there is a change in tenancy and will focus only on the very affordable replacement of vinyl lettering. At SignWorks we work with our clients to come up with affordable solutions to everyday problems.
