SignWorks had been working with the property management staff for a building in Oakland. The building required FDC and FACP fire signs that were code compliant for both interior and exterior use. Over the years we have developed expertise around fire safety signs and evacuation maps in the Oakland and San Francisco area. In this instance the project manager for a Branagh Development property in Oakland needed fire safety signage identifying the location of fire equipment for both interior (PVC) and exterior (Aluminum) use. These small signs measuring 8” wide by 5” tall for the interior and 12” wide and 8” tall for the exterior, are required to identify the location of important fire equipment.
The order from start to finish took less than 10 days to complete; from initial order placement, to art approval, to fabrication and installation. The fast turn-around is based on our knowledge of the requirements for fire safety and code compliance signs. Our designer was able to provide an approval proof within a day leading the way to expedited fabrication and installation at their Oakland property.
