One of our favorite clients, Alion Energy, has several staff members who are travelling to conferences and in need of additional business cards.  However, it was also necessary to update the Alion branding to include the new tagline.  Since we have the artwork on file the change was a relatively simple one.  Because of the branding change they decided to add four new banners (16” by 36”).  They also added a large 24” by 49” decal.

As you know we have been working with Alion Energy since January 2012.  We appreciate that their office manager keeps us on speed dial and are thankful that they are a wonderful group of people to work with!  The company is in regular contact for anything from business cards to decals large and small, to safety vests and the like.  Past projects have included container and equipment lettering, along with various site signs.

We helped design their logo which is very legible and eye catching.  The crisp, clean design and color, along with font selection helps to maximize visible. The brand identity established by their corporate marketing department is very specific and our job is to make sure that we implement it by matching the colors, font and placement details on all of their sign projects.

The company was founded in 2008 and has basically redesigned the way solar is built and maintained on a community scale.  By combining robotic installation technology with robotic self-cleaning features the company is able to offer improved solar production.  Their construction practices help to build local, utility scale projects at a much faster pace while reducing cost and producing even more energy.

The business cards pictured above feature the new tag line which was used across the entire project consisting of banners, all four sets of business cards, and the oversized decal.  In all cases the lettering must be clear and legible.
