When the San Francisco office of Laughlin, Falbo, Levi & Moresi, a local law firm, contacted us it was because they had recently repainted the walls in their San Francisco office and removed the lobby wall dimensional lettering that had been there.  They needed it replaced and knew that we were the company that had worked with their Oakland office two years earlier on their dimensional letter lobby sign.  We, of course, were thrilled to work with the San Francisco office and appreciated the referral business from the Oakland Office.

Like many companies that want a modern look they had chosen a brushed aluminum finish. To keep it affordable they opted for a metal laminate mounted to foam.  We find this to be a very upscale and modern look that many corporate clients are using.  It is a clean look that first time visitors to a facility will appreciate as a reflection of the company they will be doing business with.  A positive first impression is essential, especially for a law firm!

The lobby sign pictured above reflects this modern day preference and consists of ¼” thick brushed aluminum laminate mounted to a foam base.  The letters in the company name are 4” tall.  We worked with both offices in designing and laying out the sign as well as working with our wholesaler to have them fabricated.  Once the letters and mounting pattern arrived we completed the installation.

Other dimensional letter and logo options include flat cut acrylic, metals (including laminates), up to 1” thickness and cast or fabricated metals.  Formed plastic and injection molded letters and logos are also available, as are LEDD lit letters and logos.  Typically we source these from Gemini, an industry leader that features a lifetime warranty on their product offering.
