Back in March SignWorks was approached to do the wall graphics for a new location of Boys and Girls Club in Oakland.  The problem was that many of the sponsors art files were not readily available even though the sponsorship logos and graphics needed to be on the walls in time for the media event!  The media event was just a week away and some of the graphics would have to be created without the benefit of the high resolution vector files we typically use.

In less than a week we were able to use some of the art we had, create the rest, and install 75% of it so as to deliver smiles at the media and sponsorship event.  Using an expanded team and a commitment to just getting it done, our company saved the day!

We expedited the approval process by going straight to work on getting proofs to the client right away.  In fact the very next day!   We worked with her the following day to adjust sizes as needed and to focus on the 12 prints she had narrowed down from the initial 15 she had wanted.  We used specialty Arlon wall vinyl available from our local supplier because we had no time to lose waiting for material deliveries.

We called in additional installers to help with the installation which took place the day before the event, with a few prints being installed the morning of the event.  By the time the media arrived to film the event and recognize the various sponsors, the SignWorks crew was leaving the scene with a sense of pride for accomplishing in a week what may not have been possible for a much larger company than ours!
